3. Payments, cancellations, and changes
You are responsible for all charges, taxes, and fees associated with your travel bookings. By submitting payment information to On To Travel, you authorize us to use your payment method to purchase travel products from Suppliers on your behalf.
Chargebacks: Except in cases of proven fraud, you agree not to dispute or reverse charges related to valid bookings. Attempted chargebacks may result in additional fees, including attorney costs.
All payments are due in accordance with each Supplier’s policies. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation without refund. Many bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
All cancellation or change requests must be submitted in writing to On To Travel. Supplier penalties and cancellation fees apply and may be charged to your authorized payment method.
Changes to confirmed bookings may incur additional Supplier or On To Travel change fees. Some arrangements cannot be changed once confirmed.
4. Travel documents and identification
It is your sole responsibility to obtain and carry all necessary travel documentation, including valid passports, visas, and any other required identification. Passports must generally be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date.
On To Travel does not guarantee the issuance of visas or entry approvals. Failure to secure proper documentation does not entitle you to a refund.
You must verify all travel documents upon receipt and notify On To Travel within 24 hours of any errors. After that period, On To Travel assumes no responsibility for correction costs.
5. Entry and exit requirements
Each country has its own entry, exit, and visa rules. Travelers with prior criminal records should check with the relevant consulate for admissibility. The U.S. State Department (https://travel.state.gov) provides detailed entry information.
6. Immunizations and health requirements
You are responsible for verifying and obtaining all required immunizations, health screenings, and medical documentation for your destination. On To Travel is not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate health information. Consult the CDC (https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel) and your healthcare provider before departure.
7. Risks and safety
Travel may involve risks, especially to certain destinations. Clients are encouraged to monitor travel advisories from the U.S. State Department, CDC, and other official sources before booking.
By offering travel to any destination, On To Travel does not represent or warrant that travel to such destinations is safe or risk-free. You assume all risks associated with travel.
In the event of health or safety concerns, On To Travel reserves the right to alter or cancel itineraries at its sole discretion.
8. Hazardous materials
Federal law prohibits hazardous materials aboard aircraft. Examples include flammable liquids, compressed gases, and explosives. See https://www.tsa.gov/traveler-information/prohibited-items for details.
9. Insecticide notice
Some countries require aircraft cabins to be treated with insecticides. The U.S. Department of Transportation maintains an updated list at https://www.transportation.gov.
10. Air travel
Your airline ticket constitutes a contract between you and the air carrier. On To Travel acts solely as an agent and is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, seat assignments, baggage issues, or changes imposed by airlines.
Refunds, if any, are processed directly by the airline per its policies. On To Travel does not hold client funds for airfare purchases and is not the Merchant of Record.
Check in at least 2 hours before domestic and 3 hours before international flights. Confirm flight times 24–72 hours prior to departure.
11. Limitation of liability
On To Travel acts only as an agent for Suppliers providing travel services. Each Supplier operates independently and is not controlled by On To Travel.
On To Travel shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, accident, or irregularity arising from acts or omissions of any Supplier or third party. Liability, if any, is limited to the commissions and fees actually received by On To Travel.

On To Travel is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, or other “force majeure” events.
Refunds, if any, will be governed by Supplier policies. On To Travel will make reasonable efforts to secure reimbursement when possible.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by your conduct during travel. You agree to indemnify On To Travel against any claims or legal costs arising from your actions.
Illegal activity, including drug possession, may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
